ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

 
Responsibilities :

  • To supervise, oversee and manage shop operations (customer service and consultation, staff control, cleanliness, stock management, compliance, play equipment) with standardisation and procedure
  • To manage operations income and expenditure (sales, operating profit, personal expenses)
  • To take action for improvement and countermeasure against target together with promotion plan
  • To lead to provide good service, greetings and consultation to all customers
  • Ensure staff has a good knowledge in performing their daily task
  • Provide related training to staff from time to time to enhance their skill and knowledge
  • Conduct periodical stock taking and report management
  • Willing to work on weekend, public holiday and shift

 
Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, any field
  • Good in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • High motivation leadership skill, outspoken, customer service skill and ability to work in a team
  • Basic computer skills

 

SUPERVISOR

 
Responsibilities :

  • To supervise, oversee staff performance and disciplinary
  • Ensure manpower is sufficient at all time
  • Ensure staff has a good knowledge in performing their daily task
  • Provide related training to staff from time to time to enhance their skill and knowledge
  • Make sure selling floor is clean, neat and comfortable at all time
  • Respond to customer’s queries about various services
  • Responsible that all play equipment are in a good condition and prizes/promotion stocks/redemption stocks are sufficient to meet customers need
  • Conduct periodical stock taking and report management
  • Willing to work on weekend, public holiday & shift

 
Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, any field
  • Good in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Good personality, love children, good interpersonal skill and nice smile
  • Possess leadership skill, customer service skill and ability to work in a team
  • Basic computer skills

 

SERVICE CREW

 
Responsibilities :

  • To assist supervisor in executing daily routine jobs
  • Always ensure the shop, game machines and Wonder Park / Kizooona are clean, neat and tidy
  • Dealing with vendors on machines issues and problems
  • Respond to customer’s queries about various services
  • Delivers good customer service at all time
  • Take charge of events and promotions
  • Ensure prizes are arranged attractively
  • Conduct periodical stock taking
  • Willing to work on weekend, public holiday and shift

 
Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Good in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Good personality, love children, good interpersonal skill and nice smile

ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER

 
Responsibilities :

  • To control staff performance when doing customers service
  • Ensure the manpower is sufficient and planning duty roster for all crews
  • Ensure staff have sufficient product knowledge to serve customers
  • Improve staff performance by giving related training from time to time
  • Communicate with staff, provide information and listen to their feedback
  • Capable to guide staff and evaluate their performance
  • Make sure selling floor is clean and comfortable for customers
  • Ensure the tokens and prizes are sufficient to fulfil customers need
  • Make sure winning ratio and prize are in appropriate percentage
  • To communicate with HQ Store Operation Department in order to reduce the problem
  • Ensure prizes are arranged in good and attractive manner
  • Handle and ensure day-to-day administrative work within own store is completed
  • Control expenses within budget constraint
  • Capable to handle customer enquiry, customer complaint and unforeseen crisis

 
Requirement :

  • Age range from 24 to 35 years old
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma level
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail / merchandising / customer service
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player, work independently and multi-tasking
  • Required to work shift including Weekend and Public Holidays
  • Love children and enthusiasm in entertainment industries

 

SERVICE CREW

 
Responsibilities :

  • Mainly to assist Shop Manager in execute the daily routine job
  • Familiar with all game machine function and capable to handle simple machine repair task
  • Communicate effectively and patiently with customers
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the shop floor, game machines and wai wai park park
  • Operate cashier counter and token machine
  • Communicate with vendor in regards to machine problem
  • Ensure prizes are arranged in good condition and attractive manner
  • In charge of events and promotions in respective outlets
  • Conduct Stock Taking on periodical basis
  • Any assigned task from superior

 
Requirement :

  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Possess cashier experience has added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player and multi-tasking
  • Good communication skills
  • Required to work shift including Weekends and Public Holiday
  • Love children and enthusiasm in entertainment industries

 

TECHNICIAN

 
Responsibilites :

  • Plan gaming machine maintenance duty roster
  • Familiar with all game machine function and ensure machine is safely use
  • Onsite support and clinical support
  • Ensure all relevant issues addressed and solve in a timely manner
  • Keep detail record of machine maintenance and breakdown
  • Train and develop new recruit technician competencies
  • Ensure all gaming machines are in good conditions.
  • Install, commissioning and troubleshoot of newly purchase gaming machines
  • Any assigned task from superior

 
Requirement :

  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • 1 year experience in technical field service would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player and multi-tasking
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
